Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • Wheat flour - 2 cup.


  • Edible gum (gond) - 4 table spoon.


  • Ghee - 7 table spoon.


  • Powdered sugar - 1 cup or to taste.


  • Chopped almonds - 3 table spoon.


  • Grated dry coconut - 4 table spoon.


  • Ghee - 1 cup for frying.

Directions

  • Heat 6 table spoon of ghee in a pan, add wheat flour and roast it over a medium flame for 10 minutes, while stirring continuously.
  • Keep aside to cool completely.
  • Heat the ghee for deep frying in a deep pan and deep fry the gond till the pieces puffs up.
  • Drain on the absorbent paper and keep aside.
  • Combine the powdered sugar, fried gond, almonds, coconut, remaining
  • Make a round ball and store in an air - tight container.
