Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1 bowls almonds


  • 1 bowls cashew


  • 1/2 bowls cardamom powder


  • 1/2 bowls rose gulkand


  • 1/2 bowls strawberry juice with pulp


  • 1 1/2 bowls sugar syrup

Directions

  • Take a wok.
  • Put half bowl sugar syrup in it.
  • Then put cardamom powder.
  • Heat it for 1 min so that it gets mixed.
  • Add half bowl almonds in it
  • Mix it so that it gets coated evenly.
  • Let it cool now.
  • After getting dry put it in airtight container.
  • Now take another wok.
  • Put half bowl sugar syrup in it.
  • Now add strawberry flavour with pulp.
  • Heat it for 1 min.
  • Keep stirring.
  • Now put the remaining half bowl almonds in it.
  • Mix it and stirr it.
  • Luk evenly coated.
  • Let them dry.
  • Now keep it in airtight container.
  • Now last take another wok.
  • Put the remaining syrup in it.
  • Heat it for 1 min.
  • Keep stirring.
  • Add gulkand or dry leaves of roses crushed.
  • If u r adding gulkand then the sugar should be less in syrup.
  • Heat it for 1 min.
  • Same process.
  • I have added dry crushed leaves of roses.
  • Put the cashew in it.
  • Mix it very well.
  • Evenly coated should be.
  • Dry it.
  • After getting dry your different types of flavoured dry fruits are ready to eat.
