Ingredients

Serves : 14
  • 3 cups puffed rice (mudi)


  • 1 cups red poha(flattened rice)


  • 4 nos banana(small variety)


  • 1/2 cups grated jaggery


  • 1 cups grated coconut


  • 1/2 cups coconut water


  • 1 tsp cumin seeds


  • 1 tsp pepper powder


  • 3 tsp flaxseeds


  • 2 tsp butter


  • 3 tsp milk


  • 3-4 tsp water if required

Directions

  • Quick blend the flaxseeds and bananas. (Do not add any water)
  • In a bowl take puffed rice and faltted rice, sprinkle the coconut water over it and mix well.
  • Now add banana-flaxseed paste and remaining ingredients into this bowl and mix them well.
  • Now shape the mixture into laddus. Add little of water if needed.
  • Healthy puffed rice laddus are ready to eat.
