Ingredients

Serves 14

  • Puffed rice (mudi) 3 cups

  • Red Poha(flattened rice) 1 cups

  • Banana(small variety) 4 nos

  • grated jaggery 1/2 cups

  • grated coconut 1 cups

  • coconut water 1/2 cups

  • cumin seeds 1 tsp

  • pepper powder 1 tsp

  • flaxseeds 3 tsp

  • butter 2 tsp

  • milk 3 tsp

  • water if required 3-4 tsp

Directions

    Quick blend the flaxseeds and bananas. (Do not add any water)

    In a bowl take puffed rice and faltted rice, sprinkle the coconut water over it and mix well.

  • 03

    Now add banana-flaxseed paste and remaining ingredients into this bowl and mix them well.

  • 04

    Now shape the mixture into laddus. Add little of water if needed.

  • 05

    Healthy puffed rice laddus are ready to eat.
