Mash the potatoes in a big bowl.
Put grinded oats in it.
Mix it.
Now put all the vegetables in ithis bowl.
Mix very well.
Now add salt, red chilli powder, rock salt, black pepperand chat masala
Mix it and make sure there should not be any lumps.
Now start making tikkis of it.
Heat the pan.
Brush with oil.
Put the tikkis on it.
Flip it.
Now again flip it.
When it gets brown and crispy.
Serve it with ketchup or chutney.
