Soak little millet in water for 5-6 hours.
Soak urd dal, thick poha, fenugreek seeds, rice separately in water for 2 hours.
Heat a pan and fry coriander seeds, cumin, red chilies for few seconds.
Add chopped onion and fry till transparent. Cool.
Take a mixer jar, grind together the soaked ingredients along with tomato cubes and fried masala. Fine batter is ready.
Add salt to the batter and mix well. Ferment the batter for 3-4 hours.
After fermentation add rice flour and mix well. If the batter is too thick, add little water and adjust the consistency.
Heat a dosa tawa, prepare thin dosa, apply ghee and oil mixture on dosa.
Cook till roast and serve hot with chutney of choice.
