Curd 1/2 bowls
Onion,chopped 1 nos
Ginger,chopped 1 tsp
Garlic Cloves,crushed 2-3 nos
Butter or Ghee 1/2 tsp

Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp
Hing 1 pinch
Salt to taste 1 tsp
Jeera ,saboot mathi, saboot dhanya 1 tsp

Directions
Sabse pahle curd ko fant le usme 2 bowl water mix kre.
Ab gas par pan rkkhe usme ghee ya butter garam kre .
Ab hing, jeera, mathi, dhanya daal kar bhune.
Ab onion, chilli, ginger, garlic daal kar bhune.
Ab curd or Bazare ka mixture bna kar daale or chalate rhe.
Ab salt, black pepper add kre jab ghadha hone lge 3-4boil aane lge ab tasty healthy Raab taiyar hai.
Black pepper green coriander se garnish kar garma garam serve kre.
