Take a bowl .add jowar,Wheat flour ,besan ,Salt,Turmeric and chili powder. Mix well
Now add chopped onion ,Coriander leaves,Garlic crushed. Again mix well.
Now add Water gradually and knead a smooth but stiff daugh. Cover it with damp cloth for 15 -20 mins.
Heat a tawa. Drizzle little oil.
Take a plastic or aluminium foil.grease it with little oil.
Take a medium size ball from daugh.put it on the greased foil/ plastic.
Spread it with the help of your palm. Do not roll it.
Carefully place dhapate on the hot tawa.brush little oil on both sides ..fry both sides till golden brown.
Serve dhapate with butter ,raw onion ,Garlic chutney whatever you like..
