Ingredients

Serves 4

  • carrots 1 kgs

  • milk 1.5 litre

  • mixed dry fruits 1 bowls

  • malai or khoya 1 bowls

  • bowl honey 1 bowls

Directions

    First of all wash all the carrots.

    Peel them.

    Then grate all the carrots.

    After grating take a big wok.

    Boil milk in it.

  • 06

    After boiling put the grated carrots in it

  • 07

    Keep stirring after every 5 minutes.

    When the carrots are done and it gets thicken pour the honey and malai in it.

    After poring honey and malai keep stirring continously.

  • 10

    Now add the chopped dry fruits in it.

  • 11

    When the halwa is done decorate it with few dry fruits on it.
