Ingredients

  • 2 bowls sabut moong dal


  • 3-4 nos green chilli


  • 1 tsp salt to taste


  • 1 tsp black pepper powder


  • 2-3 tsp ginger chopped


  • 1/2 bowls chopped green coriander


  • 1 tsp chat masala


  • 1 tsp jeera


  • 1 tsp jeera powder


  • 1/4 tsp black salt


  • 3-4 tsp ghee or butter


  • 1 tsp dhanya saunf powder

Directions

  • Dal ko wash karke 7-8 hour ke liye water mai shok kre.
  • Ab dal ko mixer mai piss kar pest bna le dal ke saath hi ginger or green chilli bhi piss le.
  • Ab dal ke pest mai salt ,black pepper, jeera,jeera powder,dhanya saunf powder, chopped coriander sabhi masala milaye.
  • Ab dal ke misren ko kuch der rkkhe.
  • Ab gas par ek nonstick tva garam kre us par butter lgaye or tisu paper se saaf kre .
  • Ab spoon se better ko tve par failay.
  • Ab chille ko plt kar butter lga kar dusre side se bhi sek le.
  • Aise hi sabhi chille bnaye.
  • Ab garma garam chille ko green chutney ya sauce ke saath serve kre.
