  • sabut moong dal 2 bowls

  • green chilli 3-4 nos

  • Salt to taste 1 tsp

  • black pepper powder 1 tsp

  • ginger chopped 2-3 tsp

  • Chopped green coriander 1/2 bowls

  • chat masala 1 tsp

  • jeera 1 tsp

  • jeera powder 1 tsp

  • black salt 1/4 tsp

  • Ghee or butter 3-4 tsp

  • Dhanya saunf powder 1 tsp

Directions

    Dal ko wash karke 7-8 hour ke liye water mai shok kre.

  • 02

    Ab dal ko mixer mai piss kar pest bna le dal ke saath hi ginger or green chilli bhi piss le.

    Ab dal ke pest mai salt ,black pepper, jeera,jeera powder,dhanya saunf powder, chopped coriander sabhi masala milaye.

    Ab dal ke misren ko kuch der rkkhe.

    Ab gas par ek nonstick tva garam kre us par butter lgaye or tisu paper se saaf kre .

    Ab spoon se better ko tve par failay.

    Ab chille ko plt kar butter lga kar dusre side se bhi sek le.

    Aise hi sabhi chille bnaye.

  • 09

    Ab garma garam chille ko green chutney ya sauce ke saath serve kre.
