  • Wheat flour 3/4 cups

  • Oats flour 3/4 cups

  • Brown sugar 1/2 cups

  • Baking soda 1 tsp

  • Butter 60 gms

  • Milk 3-4 tbsp

    Bring In All The Ingredients To A Bowl Except Milk And Butter.

    Now Mix The Dry Ingredients Well. To This Add Butter. This Will Look Like A Crumbled Texture.

    To This Add Milk To Make A Dough. Cover The Dough In A Sling Sheet And Fridge It For 20 Minutes .

    Then Preheat The Oven At 180°C . Grease The Cookie Tray With Butter And Place A Parchment Paper On It.

    Now Start To Roll The Dough . Dust The Dough And Rolling Pin With Wheat Flour.

    Roll To A Thin Sheet , For About 1/3 Inch Thickness. Use A Cookie Cutter Or A Cap And Cut Out Circles Of The Dough.

    Now To The Prepared Cookie Tray , Place The Cookies With 1/2 Inch Space. Finish The Entire Dough Like This.

    Now Bake At 180°C For 15-20 Minutes. Check After 15 Minutes, If The Cookie Base Is Slightly Brown Bake For Another 2 Minutes.

    Then Transfer To A Cooling Rack And Let Them Cool For 15- 30 Minutes. Store Them In A Air Tight Container. Enjoy Home Made Cookies.
