chopped roasted dry fruits 1 cups
all purpose flour 1 cups
cocoa powder 3 tbsp
melted chocolate 4 tbsp
hung curd 3 tbsp
olive oil 6 tbsp
salt 1 tsp
thick rabri 1 cups
mozzarella cheese grated 1 cups
white sauce 1 cups
cinnamon powder 1 tsp
baking powder 1 tsp
baking soda 1/2 tsp
Preheat the oven 180°C for 10 minutes .
Sift flour , baking powder , baking soda , cocoa powder , into a bowl .
Add curd , melted chocolate and oil whisk to make a smooth batter .
Heat a non - stick pan and pour a ladleful of batter and spread it around . Cook till the underside is browned .
Flip and cook till the other side is cooked similarly . Transfer onto a plate and set aside . Cook other lasagne sheets in the same way .
Take a spring from CAKE tin . Trim the lasagne sheet to fit into the tin . Keep one lasagne sheets at the base of the tin . Spread some of dry fruits and rabri layers .
Covers with chocolate lasagne sheets and spread some more dry fruits .
Spread them white sauce and grated cheese and sprinkles some cinnamon powder and keep the tin preheated oven bake for 10 minutes .
Remove from the oven and unmould cut into wedges and serve ......
