Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups for base: rolled oats


  • 1/2 cups oats flour


  • 1/2 tsp baking powder


  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt


  • 1 tsp lemon zest


  • 1 nos ripe banana,mashed


  • 2 tsp honey


  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil


  • 1 cups rose jam: fresh rose petals, coarsely grin


  • 1/4 cups honey


  • 2 tbsp lemon juice


  • 2 tbsp chia seeds


  • 1/4 cups water


  • 1 cups for topping: rolled oats


  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter


  • 2 tbsp honey

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 180'C and line a 8*8
  • Mix all the dry and wet ingredients of the base.
  • Spread into prepared pan and press down tightly.
  • Bake for 10 minutes.
  • Meanwhile prepare jam. Boil water in a pan. Put rose petals and boil for 10-15 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and boil again for 10 more minutes. Let it cool.
  • Mix all ingredients for topping.
  • Remove pan from oven. Spoon jam over the surface of oats base. Sprinkle topping mixture, press down lightly.
  • Bake for another 30 minutes.
  • Remove from oven. Let it cool completely. Cut into bars and store in airtight container.
