  • FOR BASE: rolled oats 1 1/2 cups

  • Oats Flour 1/2 cups

  • Baking Powder 1/2 tsp

  • Kosher Salt 1/4 tsp

  • Lemon Zest 1 tsp

  • Ripe Banana,mashed 1 nos

  • Honey 2 tsp

  • Vanilla Extract 1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil 2 tbsp

  • ROSE JAM: fresh rose petals, coarsely grin 1 cups

  • Honey 1/4 cups

  • Lemon juice 2 tbsp

  • Chia seeds 2 tbsp

  • Water 1/4 cups

  • FOR TOPPING: Rolled oats 1 cups

  • Unsalted butter 2 tbsp

  • Honey 2 tbsp

Directions

    Preheat oven to 180'C and line a 8*8

  • 02

    Mix all the dry and wet ingredients of the base.

    Spread into prepared pan and press down tightly.

    Bake for 10 minutes.

    Meanwhile prepare jam. Boil water in a pan. Put rose petals and boil for 10-15 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and boil again for 10 more minutes. Let it cool.

    Mix all ingredients for topping.

    Remove pan from oven. Spoon jam over the surface of oats base. Sprinkle topping mixture, press down lightly.

    Bake for another 30 minutes.

    Remove from oven. Let it cool completely. Cut into bars and store in airtight container.
