Banana Strawberry Sabja Smoothie

Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 tbsp sabja seeds


  • 20 nos fresh frozen strawberries


  • 2 nos fresh bananas, peeled


  • 1 cups fresh curd


  • 1 cups ice crushed


  • 1 tbsp honey, if needed to sweeten

Directions

  • Soak sabja seeds in a cup of water for 5 minutes.
  • Strain and keep aside
  • Add all ingredients to a blender, and pulse until combined.
  • Pour into 2 glasses and serve immediately.
  • (If the smoothie is too thick, add some water. If it is too thin, add more fruit and/or ice.)
