Ingredients

Serves 2

  • sabja seeds 1 tbsp

  • fresh frozen strawberries 20 nos

  • fresh bananas, peeled 2 nos

  • fresh curd 1 cups

  • ice crushed 1 cups

  • honey, if needed to sweeten 1 tbsp

Directions

    Soak sabja seeds in a cup of water for 5 minutes.

    Strain and keep aside

  • 03

    Add all ingredients to a blender, and pulse until combined.

  • 04

    Pour into 2 glasses and serve immediately.

  • 05

    (If the smoothie is too thick, add some water. If it is too thin, add more fruit and/or ice.)
