Ingredients

  • Barely 1 cups

  • Palm sugar 3 tsp

  • Almond flakes split 1/4 cups

  • Salt a pinch 2 nos

  • Water 2 cups

Directions

    Soak barley overnight.

  • 02

    Wash them thrice and pressure cook barely with salt and water for 10 minutes.

  • 03

    Add boiled milk and palm sugar and top with almond flakes.

  • 04

    Healthy Barley porridge with almond flakes is ready to consume.
