Ingredients

  • 1 cups barely


  • 3 tsp palm sugar


  • 1/4 cups almond flakes split


  • 2 nos salt a pinch


  • 2 cups water

Directions

  • Soak barley overnight.
  • Wash them thrice and pressure cook barely with salt and water for 10 minutes.
  • Add boiled milk and palm sugar and top with almond flakes.
  • Healthy Barley porridge with almond flakes is ready to consume.
