Ingredients

Serves 4

  • cooked Quinoa 1 cups

  • soaked and boiled soya beans 1/2 cups

  • green chilli 2 nos

  • garlic cloves chopped 3 nos

  • grated carrot 1/4 cups

  • salt or as per taste 1/2 tsp

  • fresh basil leaves 6-8 nos

  • mixed herb 1/2 tsp

  • oregano 1/2 tsp

  • chopped black olives 1 tbsp

  • fresh corriender leaves chopped 1 tbsp

  • oil for greasing on patties 1 tsp

  • egg 1 nos

  • onion 1 nos

  • tomato slice for serving 1 nos

  • bread slice for serving 8 nos

Directions

    Take boiled soya beans,garlic cloves and green chilli in a mixer jar and coarsaly grind it (not to grind till fine paste)

    Now transfer this mixture in a deep bowl,add already cooked quinua and egg in it

    Now add one by one grated carrot,salt,mixed herb,oregano,tore basil leaves, chopped corriender and black olives in it and mix well

    Make equal size patties for this mixture,and grease the patties with oil

    Now bake this patties in preheated oven at 180* to 190* for 15 to 18 minutes or till done

    Now Healthy and power packed Quinua and Soya Sandwich Patties is ready to serve

    Serve this with bread,tomato and onion slice and with tomato sauce for more taste
