  • 1 cups cooked quinoa

  • 1/2 cups soaked and boiled soya beans

  • 2 nos green chilli

  • 3 nos garlic cloves chopped

  • 1/4 cups grated carrot

  • 1/2 tsp salt or as per taste

  • 6-8 nos fresh basil leaves

  • 1/2 tsp mixed herb

  • 1/2 tsp oregano

  • 1 tbsp chopped black olives

  • 1 tbsp fresh corriender leaves chopped

  • 1 tsp oil for greasing on patties

  • 1 nos egg

  • 1 nos onion

  • 1 nos tomato slice for serving

  • 8 nos bread slice for serving


  • Take boiled soya beans,garlic cloves and green chilli in a mixer jar and coarsaly grind it (not to grind till fine paste)
  • Now transfer this mixture in a deep bowl,add already cooked quinua and egg in it
  • Now add one by one grated carrot,salt,mixed herb,oregano,tore basil leaves, chopped corriender and black olives in it and mix well
  • Make equal size patties for this mixture,and grease the patties with oil
  • Now bake this patties in preheated oven at 180* to 190* for 15 to 18 minutes or till done
  • Now Healthy and power packed Quinua and Soya Sandwich Patties is ready to serve
  • Serve this with bread,tomato and onion slice and with tomato sauce for more taste
