Ingredients

  • bell peppers cut in half 2 nos

  • cooked quinoa 3/4 cups

  • minced shrimp or small size shrimp 3/4 cups

  • onion chopped 1 nos

  • egg white 1/3 cups

  • roasted crushed cumin seeds 1/2 tsp

  • mustard seeds crushed 1/2 tsp

  • fresh corriender chopped 2 tbsp

  • black pepper powder 1/4 tsp

  • red chilli flakes 3/4 nos

  • salt(add or less according to taste) 1 tsp

  • mustard sauce 1 tsp

  • garlic and chilli paste 1 tsp

  • tomato sauce 1 tsp

  • sweet corn 1/4 cups

  • parmesaan cheese 2 tbsp

  • olive oil 1 tsp

Directions

    Take a deep bowl add cooked quinoa, minced shrimp, chopped onion,sweet corn,egg white,roasted and crushed cumin and mustard seeds,black pepper,half chilli flakes,mustard and tomato sauce,garlic and red chilli paste,salt,fresh corriender (reserved some) now mix all nicely

    Now cut the pepper in half and and greased with oil

    Fill the quinua and shrimp mixture in this

    Now spread cheese over this and sprinkle some chilli flakes and some corriender over the top

    Now keep this in preheated oven at 180* for 40 to 45 minutes or till completely done

    Now healthy and tasty Shrimp and Quinua Bell Pepper is ready to serve,serve hot for more taste.
