Ingredients
Serves 4
broke wheat 1 cups
yellow lentil or red lentil 1-2 cups
ginger paste or grated 1/2 tbsp
salt 1 tbsp
turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp
cumin powder 1-2 tbsp
coriander powder 1.2 tbsp
bay leaf 1 nos
green chilli 1 nos
fenugreek seeds 1/2 tbsp
water 3 cups
ghee 1 tbsp
oil 2 tbsp
chopped vegetables as ones wish 1 bowls
Directions
Wash the lentil and broke wheat and keep aside
Heat a cooker with 2 tablespoon of oil
Temper fenugreek seeds in it and pour the washed wheat and lentil along with water in the cooker
Add all the ingredients in it except ghee
Add some chopped vegetables in it and cover it with the lid for 2 whistle in medium flame
Let it rest for sometime and open the lid
Serve hot with ghee
