dry roast broken wheat on slow flam till it fragrant and light brown in colour.
now switch off the flam and let it cool completely.
now add semolina and curd and mix well and rest it for 15minuts.
after 15minuts add spinach puree,salt,Ginger garlic paste and mix well.
add water if required.
now grease idli stand with oil and pour the batter in grease idli stand.
now steam for 15minuts or till it's done.
serve with coriander onion chutney.
