Ingredients

Serves 4

  • pumpkin puree 3/4 cups

  • walnuts 1/2 cups

  • bread slices 8 nos

  • warm milk 1 cups

  • cream 1/2 cups

  • cinnamon 1 tsp

  • grated nutmeg 1/4 tsp

  • ginger powder 1/4 tsp

  • vanilla extract 1 tsp

  • sugar 1/2 cups

  • eggs 2 nos

  • soft butter 4 tbsp

Directions

    Chop walnuts and keep it aside. Beat butter and sugar well in a bowl

    Add eggs and blend well. Add pumpkin puree, milk and cream. Mix well. now add spices and vanilla extract. mix well

    Trim bread edges. Grease baking pan. Crumble or cube bread and add to the prepared pan

    Add the pumpkin mixture to bread. Add chopped walnuts. Soak bread for 10 minutes

    Preheat oven to 180. Bake for 18-25 minutes. The pudding should not be completely dry. It should be slightly moist

  • 06

    Serve warm or cold as desired
