Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 3/4 cups pumpkin puree


  • 1/2 cups walnuts


  • 8 nos bread slices


  • 1 cups warm milk


  • 1/2 cups cream


  • 1 tsp cinnamon


  • 1/4 tsp grated nutmeg


  • 1/4 tsp ginger powder


  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


  • 1/2 cups sugar


  • 2 nos eggs


  • 4 tbsp soft butter

Directions

  • Chop walnuts and keep it aside. Beat butter and sugar well in a bowl
  • Add eggs and blend well. Add pumpkin puree, milk and cream. Mix well. now add spices and vanilla extract. mix well
  • Trim bread edges. Grease baking pan. Crumble or cube bread and add to the prepared pan
  • Add the pumpkin mixture to bread. Add chopped walnuts. Soak bread for 10 minutes
  • Preheat oven to 180. Bake for 18-25 minutes. The pudding should not be completely dry. It should be slightly moist
  • Serve warm or cold as desired
