Ingredients

White sugar 2 cups
All purpose flour 1 3/4 cups
Cocoa powder 3/4 cups
Baking powder 1 1/2 tsp
Baking soda 1 1/2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Egg 2 nos
Milk 1 cups
Vegetable oil 1/2 cups
Vanilla extract 2 tsp
Boiling water 1 cups
Directions
preheat oven to 350 degree F. Grease and flour two nine inch round pans.
In a large bowl, stir together the sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt.Add the eggs, milk, oil and vanilla. mix for 2 min. on medium speed of the mixer.stir in the boiling water last.Batter will be thin. pour evenly into the prepared pans.
Bake 30 to 35 min. In the preheated oven, until the cake tests done with the toothpick. Cool in the pan for 10 min. then remove to a wire rack to cool completely.
