Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 2 cups whole wheat flour


  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder


  • 1 tbsp baking powder


  • 1 tsp baking soda


  • 1 cups honey


  • 50 gms condensed milk


  • 100 gms butter


  • 1 cups curd


  • 1 cups whipped cream


  • 25 gms dark chocolate


  • 5-6 piece strawberry

Directions

  • Sieve whole wheat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda.
  • In a bowl add Honey, condensed milk, butter, curd beat well.
  • Now add all dry ingredients in it and mix well.
  • Grease the mould with butter and pour the batter in the mould.
  • Bake in the preheated oven at 180°c for 40 minutes.
  • After 40 minutes check the cake with the help of toothpick.
  • Let it cool and demould the cake.
  • In a pan add whipped cream and dark chocolate melt it.
  • Now pour the chocolate mixture on top of the cake and arrange chopped strawberry on it.
  • Our Honey Bundt cake is ready to eat.
