Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1 cups grated beetroot


  • 1/2 cups mashed potato


  • 1 tsp amchoor powder


  • 1 pinch chaat masala


  • 1/2 tsp rock salt


  • 1/4 tsp red chilly powder


  • 1/2 cups semolina , to coat


  • 1 tbsp olive oil


  • 1 tbsp yogurt


  • 1 tbsp crumbled cottage cheese


  • 1/4 tsp white salt

Directions

  • First Mix cheese, yogurt and white salt nicely. This will be used as stuffing in kebabs. keep aside.
  • Take a bowl and put the kebab ingredients following all spices.
  • Mince with your hands & make round patties and insert the stuffing as a filling. Make round kebabs.
  • Coat the patties with semolina .
  • Heat a flat pan and grease with the olive oil and lightly shallow fry these kebabs till golden and crisp.
  • Healthy and yummy kebabs are ready to relish.
  • Serve hot with a green chutney , beetroot dip and salad.
