First Mix cheese, yogurt and white salt nicely. This will be used as stuffing in kebabs. keep aside.
Take a bowl and put the kebab ingredients following all spices.
Mince with your hands & make round patties and insert the stuffing as a filling. Make round kebabs.
Coat the patties with semolina .
Heat a flat pan and grease with the olive oil and lightly shallow fry these kebabs till golden and crisp.
Healthy and yummy kebabs are ready to relish.
Serve hot with a green chutney , beetroot dip and salad.
