Ingredients
Serves 3
Bread 3 nos
Egg 1 nos
onion 1/2 cups
Green chilly 1-2 nos
Oil 1 tbsp
Water 3 tbsp
Salt - as reqrd 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves chopped 1/4 cups
Sauce - optional 1/2 tbsp
Directions
Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onion and green chilly.saute for a minute or so
Add egg after one minute and scramble it
Add salt pepper powder and coriander leaves
Sprinkle a little bit of water to bread cut into small pieces and add it to egg
Mix well and add tomato sauce as per required and cook it in a low flame
Serve the easy egg and bread snack as breakfast or evening snack
