  • Bitter gourd(1 large, if small then 2) 1 nos

  • Coconut oil 1 tbsp

  • turmeric powder 1/4 tsp

  • Salt 1 tsp

  • Chilly powder 1 tsp

  • onion 1/2 cups

    In pan when it is hot enough...... Pour some oil accordingly as suited to the number of people you are serving....... Add bitter gourd....... The add some chilly powder, turmeric powder, onion(if needed) n salt........ Stir for 1 min then close pan with lid for some minutes......... Then open it and stir again for 1 min........ Stir it until all water present are dried n till it becomes fully cooked with little crispy texture......

    In Pan When It Is Hot Enough, Pour Some Oil Accordingly As Suited To The Number Of People You Are Serving.

    Add Bitter Gourd.The Add Some Chilly Powder, Turmeric Powder, Onion(If Needed) N Salt.

    Stir For 1 Min Then Close Pan With Lid For Some Minutes,Then Open It And Stir Again For 1 Min.

    Stir It Until All Water Present Are Dried N Till It Becomes Fully Cooked With Little Crispy Texture.
