Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 3 cups muringa ila


  • 1/4 nos coconut


  • 4-5 nos green chillies


  • 4-5 nos garlic pods


  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds


  • 3 tsp oil


  • 1 tsp mustard seeds


  • 1 sprig curry leaves


  • 2-3 nos red chilli

Directions

  • Grind Together Grated Coconut, Garlic, Cumin Seeds, Turmeric Powder And Green Chillies In A Mixer Grinder Into A Coarse Form.
  • Mix Well Together The Above Mixture Along With The Drumstick Leaves And Salt Using Your Hands.
  • Heat Oil In A Pan Or A Kadai.
  • Splutter Mustard Seeds And Rice And SautT Red Dry Chillies And Curry Leaves.
  • Add The Leaves Mixture And Mix Well.
  • Remove The Lid And Mix Well The Whole Contents.
  • In Order To Avoid The Leaves From Getting Clustered Or Forming Lumps, Stir Well Using A Spatula.
