Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 2 cups whey


  • 1 cups chopped onions


  • 3/4 cups chopped tomato


  • 6 nos chopped green chillies


  • 5 nos curry leaves


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp ginger paste

Directions

  • Mix the chopped onions, green chillies, ginger paste, tomato, curry leaves, and salt gently
  • Add 2 cups of whey to this mix.
  • Add salt as per your need
  • Stirr well
  • Now our whey salad is ready.
  • Serve with rice, biriyani or fried rice
