Cook the fried van payar with water in a cooker for two whistle
Open the cooker and add the small pieces of pumkin, salt,chilli powder,turmeric powder and the paste of crushed cocunut and cumin seed.allow it to cook for another two whistle.
Take a pan, pour cocunut oil, let it become hot, then add mustard, curry leaves and dry chilli
When it becomes brown add the cooked pumkin and van payar
Then add the fried crushed cocunut then stir it well for 5 mts
Off the stove and now the erissery is ready
