Ingredients

Serves : 7
  • 1/2 kgs pumkin


  • 300 gms fried van payar


  • 1 cups crushed cocunut


  • 1/2 cups fried crushed cocunut


  • 1 tsp chilli powder


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1/2 tsp mustard


  • 3 tsp cocunut


  • 1 tsp cumin seed


  • 3 nos small onion


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 cups water


  • 3 nos dry chilli

Directions

  • Cook the fried van payar with water in a cooker for two whistle
  • Open the cooker and add the small pieces of pumkin, salt,chilli powder,turmeric powder and the paste of crushed cocunut and cumin seed.allow it to cook for another two whistle.
  • Take a pan, pour cocunut oil, let it become hot, then add mustard, curry leaves and dry chilli
  • When it becomes brown add the cooked pumkin and van payar
  • Then add the fried crushed cocunut then stir it well for 5 mts
  • Off the stove and now the erissery is ready
