  • Ab ek container mai water bhar le .
  • Ab use container mai beetroot ,salt, chilli daal kar ache se milaye.
  • Container ko 3-4days ke liye dhoop mai rkkhe.
  • 3-4days mai healthy yummy drink taiyar ho jayega.
