1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp red chilli powder
2 litre water
Directions
Sabse pahale beetroot ko wash kar peel kre or piece mai cut kar le.
Ab ek container mai water bhar le .
Ab use container mai beetroot ,salt, chilli daal kar ache se milaye.
Container ko 3-4days ke liye dhoop mai rkkhe.
3-4days mai healthy yummy drink taiyar ho jayega.
