Take a pan and place it on a burner.
Let the pan get hot. Then add coconut oil into the pan
When the oil get hot, add mustard, then add curshed onions, curry leaves and salt
When the onion becomes brown in colour, add beetroot, coconut and chilli. Stirr well.
Close the pan with a lid and after 5 minutes stirr it again.
After 5 minutes off the flame.
Now the thoran is ready to serve.
