Ingredients

  • 400 ml curd/dahi / yogurt


  • 1/2 cups makhane


  • 2 tbsp raisins/kishmish


  • 5-6 nos chopped almonds/badaam


  • 5-6 nos chopped cashewnuts


  • 1 tbsp grated coconut


  • 1-1 1/2 tbsp honey


  • 1 tbsp sugar


  • 3-4 nos tulsi leaves


  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder


  • 175 ml water


  • 175 ml milk

Directions

  • Beat the curd and mix sugar in it.
  • Chop all the dry fruits.
  • Mix these chopped dry fruits and raisins in the curd.
  • Add honey, tulsi leaves and cardamom powder in the curd mixture.
  • Panchamrut is ready to be served.
