Ingredients

Serves 2

  • Chopped dates 2-3 nos

  • Chopped cashew nuts 6 nos

  • Chopped raisins 6 nos

  • Red tooty frooty 1 tbsp

  • Green tooty frooty 1 tbsp

  • Fresh cream 1 tbsp

  • Milk 1/2 litre

  • Custard powder 3 tbsp

  • Sugar 1/2 cups

  • Milkmaid/mithai mate 1 tbsp

  • Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp

  • Silver balls for garnising 1 tsp

  • Pomegranate - for garnishing 1 tbsp

  • Bread slice 5-6 nos

Directions

    In a bowl take 3 tablespoons of custard powder and 1/2 cup of lukewarm milk and mix well.

    Heat a pan, add 2 glasses of milk and mix sugar into i

    Now add custard powder milk and stir, boil until the milk gets thicker.

    Keep custard in the fridge. Take 5-6 bread slices and remove the edges.

    Take a small cup of a milk and dip the bread.

  • 06

    Now take 1 tablespoon of fruits mixture, chopped dry fruits, and tooty frooty. Place in centre of the bread. Shape into balls.

    For each bread, put 2 tablespoon custard mixture. Also, add 1 tablespoon of fresh cream.

    Garnish with tooty frooty, cherry, silver balls and pomegranate.

    Fruit balls in custard pudding are ready to be served
