Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 500 gms mussels (shells removed & cleaned)


  • 1 tbsp garlic thinly sliced


  • 1 tbsp ginger thinly sliced


  • 1 nos chopped onion


  • 4 nos chillies sliced


  • 1 tbsp kashmir chilli powder


  • 1/2 tbsp coriander powder


  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp black pepper powder


  • 1 tsp garam masala powder


  • 1/2 tsp vinegar


  • 2-3 sprig curry leaves


  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds


  • 4 tbsp oil


  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

  • In A Frying Pan Add 2 Tbs Of Oil. When It Is Medium Heat, Add Mustard Seeds To Pop.
  • Then Add Sliced Onions, Green Chillies , Ginger And Garlic.
  • Sauté It For Few Minutes Until Onions Are Translucent.
  • Add Curry Leaves , All Masala Powders, Salt And Stir For 2 Minutes.
  • To This Add Mussels ,Vinegar And 1/2cup Of Water. Mix Well, Bring It Boil Then Cover With Lid And Simmer It For 15 Minutes .
  • Take The Lid Off And Fry It For Few More Minutes Until Mussels Are Dark Brown In Colour.
