In A Frying Pan Add 2 Tbs Of Oil. When It Is Medium Heat, Add Mustard Seeds To Pop.
Then Add Sliced Onions, Green Chillies , Ginger And Garlic.
Sauté It For Few Minutes Until Onions Are Translucent.
Add Curry Leaves , All Masala Powders, Salt And Stir For 2 Minutes.
To This Add Mussels ,Vinegar And 1/2cup Of Water. Mix Well, Bring It Boil Then Cover With Lid And Simmer It For 15 Minutes .
Take The Lid Off And Fry It For Few More Minutes Until Mussels Are Dark Brown In Colour.
