Ingredients

Serves 5

  • mussels (shells removed & cleaned) 500 gms

  • garlic thinly sliced 1 tbsp

  • ginger thinly sliced 1 tbsp

  • chopped onion 1 nos

  • chillies sliced 4 nos

  • Kashmir chilli powder 1 tbsp

  • coriander powder 1/2 tbsp

  • turmeric powder 1/4 tsp

  • black pepper powder 1 tsp

  • garam Masala powder 1 tsp

  • vinegar 1/2 tsp

  • curry leaves 2-3 sprig

  • mustard seeds 1/2 tsp

  • oil 4 tbsp

  • Salt 1 tsp

Directions

    In A Frying Pan Add 2 Tbs Of Oil. When It Is Medium Heat, Add Mustard Seeds To Pop.

    Then Add Sliced Onions, Green Chillies , Ginger And Garlic.

    Sauté It For Few Minutes Until Onions Are Translucent.

    Add Curry Leaves , All Masala Powders, Salt And Stir For 2 Minutes.

    To This Add Mussels ,Vinegar And 1/2cup Of Water. Mix Well, Bring It Boil Then Cover With Lid And Simmer It For 15 Minutes .

    Take The Lid Off And Fry It For Few More Minutes Until Mussels Are Dark Brown In Colour.
