Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 5 nos mango


  • 2 tbsp salt


  • 2 tsp chilly powder


  • 1/2 tbsp turmeric powder


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 1 tbsp mustard


  • 3 nos red chilly


  • 5-6 nos curry leaves


  • 1/4 tbsp fenugreek (uluva)


  • 1 nos coconut


  • 1 bowls curd

Directions

  • Cut the mango into fine pieces and place it in a bowl , add chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt into the bowl. Now add a little amount of water into this mixture and boil it for a period of half an hour. Meanwhile add the coconut and cumin into a mixer and grind it into a fine thick paste and add this paste into the above mixture. Then boil this mixture for about 10 mints , then add the curd into it. After 1 mint turn off the flame . Now take a new pan , add a little of oil , add mustard,curry leaves, red chilly and fenugreek into the oil and heat it for about 5 mints. Then add this heated mixture into the above prepared curry.
