aata 2 bowls
ghee 1 bowls
sugar 1 bowls
gur 1 bowls
muskmalain seeds 1 tbsp
chopped almond 1/2 bowls
chopped coconut 1/2 bowls
water 1/2 bowls
Directions
First Take A Pan And Add Ghee In It And Also Add Atta In It And Fry It Until It Becomes Golden In Colour. After It Is It Fried Properly Add All The Dryfruite In It .
Then Cook The Dryfruite For 2 Minutes And The Remove The Pan From Stove.
Now Again Take A Separate Pan And Add Gud(Jaggery) , Sugar And Water In It.
The Make A Sugar Syrup Of It Of 1 Tar. The Add Your Atta And Dry Fruit Mixture In The Sugar Syrup. Mix It Well .
The Take A Tray And Greeze It With Oil And Add Your Dry Fruit Atta Panjiri In It. Left It For Sometime To Rest.
Then After That Cut It Into Small Pieces And Serve It.
