Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 cups boiled basmati rice


  • 1 cups boiled moong


  • 1 cups blanched spinach pury


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp turmaric powder


  • 1 tsp green chilly paste


  • 2 tsp oil


  • 1/2 tsp mustard seed


  • 1/4 tsp asafetida

Directions

  • In a pan add oil
  • Heat it
  • Then add mustard seeds
  • Then add asafetida
  • Add green chilly paste
  • Add boiled moong
  • Mix well
  • Then add blanched spinach pury
  • Add salt and turmeric powder
  • Add boiled rice
  • Mix well
  • Cook for2 min.
  • Then put rice in any shape mould and unmould it in serving dish
