boiled basmati rice 2 cups
boiled moong 1 cups
blanched spinach pury 1 cups
salt 1/2 tsp
turmaric powder 1/2 tsp
green chilly paste 1 tsp
oil 2 tsp
mustard seed 1/2 tsp
asafetida 1/4 tsp
Directions
In a pan add oil
Heat it
Then add mustard seeds
Then add asafetida
Add green chilly paste
Add boiled moong
Mix well
Then add blanched spinach pury
Add salt and turmeric powder
Add boiled rice
Mix well
Cook for2 min.
Then put rice in any shape mould and unmould it in serving dish
