Ingredients

  • boiled basmati rice 2 cups

  • boiled moong 1 cups

  • blanched spinach pury 1 cups

  • salt 1/2 tsp

  • turmaric powder 1/2 tsp

  • green chilly paste 1 tsp

  • oil 2 tsp

  • mustard seed 1/2 tsp

  • asafetida 1/4 tsp

    In a pan add oil

    Heat it

    Then add mustard seeds

    Then add asafetida

    Add green chilly paste

    Add boiled moong

    Mix well

    Then add blanched spinach pury

    Add salt and turmeric powder

    Add boiled rice

    Mix well

    Cook for2 min.

    Then put rice in any shape mould and unmould it in serving dish
