Wash and cut the strawberry's into pieces
In a blender or juicer jar add in chopped strawberry's, powdered Jagger & dry fruits
To this add half of the chilled milk and Elachai powder & blend for few mins
Next add remaining milk and again blend for few secs. At this time you can add ice cubes if u want. I have not used as I want my smoothie to be healthy
Put sabza seeds in a glass of warm water for 15 mins, it wil soak & later you can use
Pour the smoothie in a glass
On top of the smoothie add 2 tbsp of soaked sabza
Mix well & garnish with chopped almond
Serve immediately
