Ingredients

  • moong dal sprouted 1 bowls

  • chaat masala 1 tbsp

  • hing 1 tsp

  • red chilli powder 1 tsp

  • salt 1 tsp

  • black salt 1 tsp

  • black pepper 1/2 tsp

  • green chutney 1 tbsp

  • chopped corriander leaves 1/4 cups

  • boiled potato 1 nos

  • chopped onion 1 nos

  • chopped green chilli 1 nos

  • tomatoes chopped 2 nos

  • haldi powder 1 tsp

  • jeera 1 tsp

  • oil 1 tbsp

  • lemon juice 1 tbsp

Directions

    Take a pressure cooker and put oil in it.

    Add hing and jeera

  • 03

    After that put the sprouted dal .

    Add salt and red chilli powder.

    Add half cup of water to it.

    Give 2 or 3 whistles.

    After opening the lid add chat masala, black pepper, onion, potatoes chopped, tomatoes , green chilli, corriander leaves.

    Add lemon juice and chutney also .

    Mix it well.

    Now it ready to serve.
