Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 bowls moong dal sprouted


  • 1 tbsp chaat masala


  • 1 tsp hing


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp black salt


  • 1/2 tsp black pepper


  • 1 tbsp green chutney


  • 1/4 cups chopped corriander leaves


  • 1 nos boiled potato


  • 1 nos chopped onion


  • 1 nos chopped green chilli


  • 2 nos tomatoes chopped


  • 1 tsp haldi powder


  • 1 tsp jeera


  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Directions

  • Take a pressure cooker and put oil in it.
  • Add hing and jeera
  • After that put the sprouted dal .
  • Add salt and red chilli powder.
  • Add half cup of water to it.
  • Give 2 or 3 whistles.
  • After opening the lid add chat masala, black pepper, onion, potatoes chopped, tomatoes , green chilli, corriander leaves.
  • Add lemon juice and chutney also .
  • Mix it well.
  • Now it ready to serve.
