Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 1/2 litre milk


  • 1/2 cup soak dry fruits(cashew,almond n walnut)


  • 1 cup condence milk


  • 1/2 tsp Kesar soaked in 2 tbs milk


  • 1 cup grated cooked beetroot


  • 1/2 cup smash of cooked sweet potato


  • 2 to 3 tsp cashew powder


  • 1/2 cup Chopped dry fruits


  • 2 tbs grated dates


  • 1/2 tsp cardomum powder

Directions

  • Keep milk to boil n stir it continuosly
  • Cook till we get medium thick consistency
  • Grind the soaked dry fruits to a fine paste with milk
  • Add this dry fruits paste to the milk n stir it slowly
  • Take care that it doesn't stick to the bottom of pan
  • Add condence milk n stir
  • Add milk in which kesar is soaked
  • Cook for few mins till we get nice thick rabadi n add cardomum powder
  • Peel the beetroot n cook it in pressure cooker n after that cool it n grate it
  • Cook sweet potato in pressure cooker n after that peel n smash it
  • Now mix beet n sweet potato properly
  • Add cashew powder for binding n keep it aside
  • Now mix chopped dry fruits n grated dates n grind it in mixi
  • Take small peda size portion of beet n potato mixture n roll n make small ball
  • In this ball stuff the dry fruit n dates grinded mixture
  • Roll it n make a ball n press it in your two pams n make flat like peda
  • Like this make all pedas
  • Arrenge these pedas in dish n pour prepared rabadi on over pedas
  • Keep it in freez for cooling
  • Garnish it with chopped dry fruits n kesar strands n
