Ingredients

  • Paneer 500 gms

  • Mai 2 tbsp

  • Corn flour 2 tbsp

  • Green chili 3 nos

  • Pepper powder 1/4 tsp

  • Garam masala 1/4 tsp

  • Szechwan sauce 3 tbsp

  • garlic 2 tbsp

  • ginger 1.5 tsp

  • green chilli 2 nos

  • onion 1 nos

  • capsicum 1 nos

  • Soya sauce 1 tsp

  • Tomato ketchup 1 tbsp

  • Vinegar 1 tsp

    Make the batter with first six ingredients, dip the paneer in it and deep fry it in vegetable oil

    In a pan take vegetable oil (2tbspn) and add all ingredients from garlic to capsicum one by one and sauté well for 5 minutes Then add all remainingingredient and sauté well and add salt as required and if needed can add half glass of water to make the consistency little lose and finally can add add spring onion
