hung curd 1 cups
sugar 2/3 cups
icing sugar 1 tbsp
cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
nutmeg powder 1/4 tsp
coarsely powder dry fruits 1 cups
saffron soak in 4 tablespoons of milk 1 tbsp
Mix the hung curd and sugar in a non stick pan and cook on a medium flame for 10 - 12 minutes or till it leaves the sides of the pan .
Remove from the heat and transfer in a bowl , keep aside to cool for 8 - 10 minutes stirring occasionally .
Add the icing sugar , cardamom powder , nutmeg powder and saffron and mix well .
Divide the mixture into 6 equal portions .
Place a portion of MODAK in the greased MODAK moulds .
Take refrigerated for 10 minutes and serve
