DRY FRUITS HUNG CURD MODAK

Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups hung curd


  • 2/3 cups sugar


  • 1 tbsp icing sugar


  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder


  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg powder


  • 1 cups coarsely powder dry fruits


  • 1 tbsp saffron soak in 4 tablespoons of milk

Directions

  • Mix the hung curd and sugar in a non stick pan and cook on a medium flame for 10 - 12 minutes or till it leaves the sides of the pan .
  • Remove from the heat and transfer in a bowl , keep aside to cool for 8 - 10 minutes stirring occasionally .
  • Add the icing sugar , cardamom powder , nutmeg powder and saffron and mix well .
  • Divide the mixture into 6 equal portions .
  • Place a portion of MODAK in the greased MODAK moulds .
  • Take refrigerated for 10 minutes and serve
