3/4 cups rolled oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cups milk (low fat)
2 tbsp curd
1 tbsp honey
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
1/2 cups greated carrot
2 tsp raisins
2 tsp walnuts
Directions
Take a jar, add rolled oats.
Then add chia seeds.
Add milk and curd.
Then add honey and cinnamon powder.
Add greated carrot and slightly press.
Then add raisins and walnuts.
Refrigerate overnight.
