  • 3/4 cups rolled oats


  • 1 tbsp chia seeds


  • 1/2 cups milk (low fat)


  • 2 tbsp curd


  • 1 tbsp honey


  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder


  • 1/2 cups greated carrot


  • 2 tsp raisins


  • 2 tsp walnuts

Directions

  • Take a jar, add rolled oats.
  • Then add chia seeds.
  • Add milk and curd.
  • Then add honey and cinnamon powder.
  • Add greated carrot and slightly press.
  • Then add raisins and walnuts.
  • Refrigerate overnight.
