Butter ( Softened ) 120 gms
Sugar powder 30 gms
Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
wheat flour 130 gms
Bring in the softened butter to a large bowl.
Whip it to get pale in colour.
The butter will get soft and light.
By then add the sugar powder and whip to mix well.
Whip to mix well and add the Flour in batches.
Now once thr flour is entirely brought to the dough, use your hands to bring it together to make a ball.
Drap the dough in a cling sheet
Fridge it for 2 hours .
Preheat the oven at 180°c .
Meanwhile slice the dough or make flattened balls of it.
Prepare the cookie sheet by applying butter and then spread a butter paper on it.
Now place the cookies on 1 inch distance from each other.
Finish the entire dough like this.
Leave the rest for the next batch.
Now bake it at 180°c for 10 -12 minutes.
Once baked, let them cool for 10 minutes.
Once cool transfer to a air tight container .
Stays good for 4 - 5 days
