Ingredients
Serves 1
Oats 1 cups
Onion finely chopped 1/2 cups
green chilly finely chopped 1 nos
garlic clove sliced 1 nos
Water 2 cups
Salt 1 pinch
Pepper powder 1 pinch
Oil 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves 1/4 cups
Directions
Heat oil in a pan and add the onions, green chilly and garlic and saute them till they begin to become brown.
Now add the oats and fry along with it for 2 minutes.
Add salt and water and let it boil.
Now add pepper powder to it and bring to a boil.
Garnish the rich oats soup with coriander leaves. Serve it hot with a slice of bread.
