Serves : 1
  • 1 cups oats

  • 1/2 cups onion finely chopped

  • 1 nos green chilly finely chopped

  • 1 nos garlic clove sliced

  • 2 cups water

  • 1 pinch salt

  • 1 pinch pepper powder

  • 2 tbsp oil

  • 1/4 cups coriander leaves


  • Heat oil in a pan and add the onions, green chilly and garlic and saute them till they begin to become brown.
  • Now add the oats and fry along with it for 2 minutes.
  • Add salt and water and let it boil.
  • Now add pepper powder to it and bring to a boil.
  • Garnish the rich oats soup with coriander leaves. Serve it hot with a slice of bread.
