  • Long grain rice 2 cups

  • Soya sauce 1 tsp

  • Vinegar 1 tsp

  • salt 1 tsp

  • crushed pepper 1/2 tsp

  • chopped carrots,capsicum,beans,cabbage,spring onion 1/3 cups

  • green chilli 1 nos

  • celery leaves 8-10 nos

  • mushrooms 1/4 cups
