Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 nos chopped carrot


  • 1 bowls chopped cabbage


  • 1 bowls chopped mushroom


  • 1 nos chopped capsicum


  • 1 bowls small flolrets of broccholi


  • 1/2 bowls chopped corriander leaves.


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tbsp salt


  • 1 tsp black pepper


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala


  • 2 nos chopped onion.


  • 1 bowls boiled rice


  • 2 nos chopped tomatoes


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 1 tbsp jeera

Directions

  • Take a big wok.
  • Put the oil in it.
  • When heated put the jeera.
  • After jeera put the onion.
  • Saute it.
  • After onion put the carrot , cabbage and broccholi.
  • Add mushroom also .
  • After that add tomato.
  • Put all the masalas including corriander leaves.
  • Mix it very well.
  • Toss it.your fried rice is ready to eat.
