Take a big wok.
Put the oil in it.
When heated put the jeera.
After jeera put the onion.
Saute it.
After onion put the carrot , cabbage and broccholi.
Add mushroom also .
After that add tomato.
Put all the masalas including corriander leaves.
Mix it very well.
Toss it.your fried rice is ready to eat.
