Ingredients

1/4 kgs okra (ladies finger) - round thinly cut.
8 nos shallots - crushed.
8 nos garlic - crushed
8 nos red chilli (or chillipowder as per taste) - crushed if not powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
3 tbsp scraped coconut.
1 tsp salt (or as per taste)
3 nos curry leaves
2 tbsp coconut oil
Directions
Heat pan and add crushed Shallots, Garlic, Red chilli (if not chillipowder), and Curry leaves.
Stir until golden brown on low flame.
Add Turmeric powder, Okra (and chillipowder if not crushed red chilli) and stir under medium flame.
Add scraped coconut, stir on low flame and keep it closed for less than 2 minutes.
Add salt and stir under low flame.
Serve with Rice or Chapathi (or with any other main course as per your wish).
