Ingredients
Serves 4
Whole milk 1 litre
Finely chopped Almonds 1 tbsp
Finely chopped Cashew nuts 1 tbsp
Finely chopped Pistachios 1 tbsp
Saffron strands 1 pinch
Finely chopped walnuts 1 tbsp
Sugar 3/4 cups
Nutmeg powder 1 pinch
Cardamom powder 1 pinch
Directions
Allow milk to boil
When it starts boiling , simmer the heat and add sugar and saffron
Stir consistently
Add all finely chopped dry fruits and nutmeg powder
Mix well and cook till milk comes to its 3/4 th of it's original quantity
Milk will start thickening
Switch off heat and add cardamom powder , mix well
Dry fruits masaala doodh / milk is ready to serve
Serve hot or cold it tastes equally delicious
