Ingredients

Serves 4

  • Whole milk 1 litre

  • Finely chopped Almonds 1 tbsp

  • Finely chopped Cashew nuts 1 tbsp

  • Finely chopped Pistachios 1 tbsp

  • Saffron strands 1 pinch

  • Finely chopped walnuts 1 tbsp

  • Sugar 3/4 cups

  • Nutmeg powder 1 pinch

  • Cardamom powder 1 pinch

Directions

    Allow milk to boil

  • 02

    When it starts boiling , simmer the heat and add sugar and saffron

  • 03

    Stir consistently

  • 04

    Add all finely chopped dry fruits and nutmeg powder

  • 05

    Mix well and cook till milk comes to its 3/4 th of it's original quantity

    Milk will start thickening

  • 07

    Switch off heat and add cardamom powder , mix well

  • 08

    Dry fruits masaala doodh / milk is ready to serve

    Serve hot or cold it tastes equally delicious
