Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 litre whole milk


  • 1 tbsp finely chopped almonds


  • 1 tbsp finely chopped cashew nuts


  • 1 tbsp finely chopped pistachios


  • 1 pinch saffron strands


  • 1 tbsp finely chopped walnuts


  • 3/4 cups sugar


  • 1 pinch nutmeg powder


  • 1 pinch cardamom powder

Directions

  • Allow milk to boil
  • When it starts boiling , simmer the heat and add sugar and saffron
  • Stir consistently
  • Add all finely chopped dry fruits and nutmeg powder
  • Mix well and cook till milk comes to its 3/4 th of it's original quantity
  • Milk will start thickening
  • Switch off heat and add cardamom powder , mix well
  • Dry fruits masaala doodh / milk is ready to serve
  • Serve hot or cold it tastes equally delicious
